Changes hours without notification, changes pay rate with every job placement. Programs are not secure and often crash during work day. Good place to work. The management were are easy going and fun to work with. I loved my hours, and enjoyed figuring out the "puzzle" between customer's income and what the wanted from their plans through Verizon.

The work environment is dysfunctional. Management does not understand the needs of the employees. When problems are brought up by employees, they get pushed under the rug. Bad Pay, No Promotional opportunities, Dysfunctional work environment. When I had my internship here, people are so approachable and easy to be with that's why I did not have a hard time having friends their. What I like also about Teletech is that they will let you experience what you really applied for and help you understand and assist you in every way possible.

I must say I really enjoy my stay there not just because of my coworker but people very welcoming and fun to be with.

Pull you in, give you the long and short of it, and throw you into the lion's den. Called on off days and asked to work when others didn't show up. They do provide you with equipment at no charge, that was a plus. I was subcontracted to TurboTax during a major change they'd mad and EVERY customer was irate, and no one had answers for their questions.

Maybe if another job had been assigned me it'd have been different. I loved working at Teletech for American Red Cross!!! I loved the hours the pay and everything in between. I just don't have anything bad to say about it. Overall A Wonderful Company. I was an intern working in the IT department in the Philippines and the working environment and the people were always focused and dedicated towards their work. I loved working with my colleagues as well during the time in my overnight shifts.

It was such a relaxed atmosphere and everybody was always so friendly. The pay was great for what work we had to do! Fun fast paced work place.

TeleTech Reviews - Legit or Scam?

Loved working here was very straight forward and all personal were very nice and plesent to work with and it gave me the flexibility to work as much or as little as i needed.

My review for this company is pretty simple. The benefits and pay were very good. I was also able to get the exact schedule I wanted which was 11 hour shifts 3 times per week. The aspects I did not enjoy about the job was the extreme pressure put on new recruits in order to get everything correct right out of training.

Training was not thorough enough and too fast paced. Fast paced is fine, I like fast paced work environments- this was an impossible fast pace. Then, the calls were graded, as most are, but the grading scale was also very extreme. I did a decent job here and would've gotten better over time but I doubt there was much room for advancement. The people in higher positions usually stayed right where they were for years. If the USAA members needed further assistance, I transferred the caller to the appropriate department.

Hardest part of the job was sitting in front of the computer, and possibly yelled at by an angry member. This company is no longer operating in our area. This company is no longer open in our area. However I enjoyed working with my team for the AmEx project. I learned about the behind the scenes of banking as well as how financial companies work.

Management in some departments is a joke. They give you impossible goals to meet and then write you up if you don't meet them. You are disciplined if the customers don't like you or the company policy.

The pay is okay but don't expect a raise, only more work for the same pay. The co-workers are awesome and really helpful. Great place to work for being at home and schedules are very flexible! Training can be quick and sometimes it can hurt you in the long, not knowing the product or what it's purpose when comes to understand what's being asked by the customer Truly the major negative is the contract position it's seasonal. I enjoyed working at Teletech from home.

The did the work at home program which was great for me. I would recommend everyone do this kind of work. The job was easy enough but lacked room for growth. Management was only helpful when you were a trainee. They maintained unrealistic measures for calls to be under 3 minutes when the calls were about vehicle issues, recalls, and tech support for car issues. I learned alot about cars. They did offer discounts from the car company we were contracted through and various other discounts on products they endorsed.
